Mercol’s premixed mortar solution greatly mitigated Health Risks on our project.
Through their innovative dustless “mix as you need” Silo solution, silica exposure is significantly reduced to almost zero. Manual handling risks are significantly reduced through not having to handle dry sand, cement and aggregate by shovel in the conventional manner in a barrow mixer.
Michael (their director) is very helpful and always went the extra mile to ensure their product was of consistently high quality, and delivered on time.
We used Mercol from the start of our project which consisted of in excess of 500,000 hand laid bricks with no issues.
To this end, I look forward to using Mercol on my next project.
